Dear Customer, by completing the registration process in the Al-Ghosaini Tech application, you agree to these terms and conditions and accept the privacy policy regarding the collection and use of the data you provide within the app, including third-party services (text only).
Al-Ghosaini Tech Application Services
The Al-Ghosaini Tech app provides services for all Yemeni telecom networks, including adding call minutes or internet packages and activating services.
Transactions made through the app are considered financial operations and cannot be deleted, as they affect account integrity between the app, its customers, and telecom companies.
Customers may deactivate or freeze their accounts directly through the app without contacting management.
App services include:
- Payment of bills for all Yemeni networks (Yemen Mobile, U, Sabafon, Wi, landline, water, and electricity).
- Game top-ups via the Games section.
- Electronic cards via the Cards section.
- Wi-Fi cards through the Wi-Fi booth icon.
- SIM cards and manual services through the Services section.
Information We Collect
1. Personal Contact Information
The app may collect the following information from users: first name, last name, work address, phone number, which serves as identification for the account.
Ads or promotions may be sent to users via yemenrobot.ye or app notifications (text only).
Non-identifying information may also be collected, such as device type, operating system version, and browser type to protect the account.
The app does not request email, financial or bank account numbers, GPS location, interests, gender, specialization, or activities.
2. Use of Information
Information is used to create user accounts, communicate about services, and process payment requests via APIs of Yemeni telecom companies.
This allows the app user to act as a point of sale for all Yemeni telecom networks in one app. The app receives fees according to official prices, either via cash deposits at branches or deposits to app accounts in banks.
3. Application Information
- Phone number to be charged.
- Number of minutes or type of internet package.
Subscriber data cannot be used as it is unavailable from telecom companies. Requests include only phone number and payment amount, and the customer is notified of success or failure.
The app does not object to suspending or deleting services that do not comply with smartphone store policies.
4. Browsing and Streaming Data
No browsing or streaming data is collected. Services are accessible only after account creation, login, and management approval.
This data does not reveal the user’s personal identity and is only used to complete, support, and analyze operations, improve usage, and comply with legal requirements.
5. Marketing
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. The app may promote its services via in-app notifications or via yemenrobot.ye (text only).
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
Personal information is disclosed only if required by law or government orders.
7. Cookies
Cookies help improve user experience. They can be managed via browser settings, and disabling them may limit some features.
8. Protection of Personal Information
Sensitive data is stored securely and encrypted. Servers use SSL and modern security technologies.
9. Security
Only identification data provided during account creation is used. Services are verified through notifications from telecom companies; no additional security verification is required.
10. Third Parties
The privacy policy ensures user information is not shared with third parties or used for external security or promotion.

11. Information About Services
Notifications about services, discounts, offers, or service suspensions may be sent via the app or website.
12. Modifying the Privacy Policy
The app may modify the privacy policy at any time. Changes become effective from the date displayed at the top of the page.
13. Updating Personal Information
Users can update personal information via account settings. Account number or ID remains unchanged.
14. Contact List
Access to the contact list occurs only when the user selects a number to process payment for that number.
15. Photos
Images are collected only when the user chooses to send a photo for communication with management and service provision.
Communication
There is a dedicated section for communication via the chat icon in the app. Text messages are sent through the company’s link, and images/documents are uploaded via: https://api.imgbb.com/ (text only).
